  • Artist Ownership: The artist retains all copyright to all original artwork and commission designs.

  • No Image Use: You cannot copy, download, or use website images for any purpose.

  • AI Training Ban: Data scraping and AI training use are strictly prohibited.

  • No Copyright Transfer: Buying a painting or commission does not transfer copyright to you. [2]

4. Custom Art Commissions

  • Non-Refundable Deposit: Commissions require a 50% non-refundable deposit before work begins.

  • Approval Process: You will approve digital progress updates before final shipment.

  • No Cancellation: Commissioned items cannot be cancelled or refunded once production starts. [3, 4, 5, 6, 7]

5. Sales, Delivery, and Right to Cancel

  • Contract Formation: Your order is accepted only when the item ships.

  • Ready-Made Art Returns: You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

  • Return Shipping: Buyers pay return postage costs for change-of-mind returns.

  • Commission Returns: Custom commissions are exempt from the 14-day return rule.

6. Liability and Safety

  • We are not liable for website downtime or transit delays.

  • Nothing excludes liability for fraud or personal injury under UK law.
